红花注射液治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察红花注射液治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭的疗效。方法68例糖尿病肾病肾衰竭患者随机分为两组:对照组(34例)和治疗组(34例),两组均给予基础治疗;治疗组在基础治疗基础上加用红花注射液,20ml/次,1次/d,14 d为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程。观察临床疗效,检查肾衰竭相关指标。结果治疗组临床总有效率为88.2%明显高于对照组,各项检查指标改善程度优于对照组,BUN、Scr、24hupq、空腹血糖与对照组治疗后相应指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论红花注射液对于改善肾衰竭症状,延缓肾功能减退的进程,减少透析次数有一定的作用,用于临床辅助治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of safflower injection in treating renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-eight diabetic nephropathy patients with renal failure were divided into two groups at random,i.e.control group（n=34） and trial group（n=34）.In addition to basic treatment which was given to both the two groups,the trial group were treated with safflower injection（20 ml,once per day,14 days as one course）.The effects were observed.Results The total effective rate of the trial group was 88.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The indications improved after treatment.Compared with that of the control group,blood urea nitroger（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,24-hour urinary protein quantity（24hupq）and fasting blood glucose all improved significantly（P0.01,or P0.05）.Conclusion Safflower injection is useful in improving kidney failure symptoms,slowing down the process of renal dysfunction and reducing the times of dialysis with some value in adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
