摘 要:由系统相关性模型建立相关性矩阵是基于相关性模型故障诊断技术的关键一步.针对复杂系统,往往存在冗余和工作模式不单一的问题,本文提出了一种新的求解冗余系统相关性矩阵的方法.分别求解系统单故障和最小故障与测试的相关性,将二者进行合并得到系统的相关性矩阵;给出了系统在多种工作模式下,多个相关性矩阵的合并原则.通过案例系统验证,说明该方法能够获得完整的复杂系统的相关性矩阵.Building dependency matrix of the system is the key step of fault diagnosis technique based on dependency model. Aimed at there often existing redundancy and multi-mode operations in complex system, a new method for building the dependency matrix of redundant system was presented. The dependency matrix between the single fault or the minimal fault and the test were generated respectively, through merging which the whole dependency matrix of the system was established. And then the merging rule to build the dependency matrix of multi-mode system from different matrix of different operation mode was put forward. The case shows that the method can be used to obtain the whole dependency matrix of complex system.
