摘　　要：采用静脉注射藜芦碱诱发大鼠心律失常，研究甘草酸钾及阿托品对心律失常的影响。结果表明：甘草酸钾能够减少藜芦碱所致的室性心律失常。Arrhythima was induced by intravenous administration of veratrine in rat.The effects of glycyrrhizic potassium(GCP)and atropine on experimental arrhythmia in rat were studied in searching for new antiarrhythmic agents from licorice.The results shew that GCP can decreased the period of ventricular arrhythmias caused by veratrine,AV conductine block could be abolished by atropine.
