脉冲磁场对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脉冲磁场结合中药保留灌肠是否能改善慢性盆腔炎患者的生活质量。方法选取符合临床诊断标准的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,随机分为A组和B组各40例。两台外观完全一样的脉冲磁场治疗机,1号机和2号机,其中一台经特殊处理过无输出,另一台输出正常。两组患者均采用脉冲磁场加中药保留灌肠,A组以1号机行脉冲磁场治疗,B组以2号机行脉冲磁场治疗。结果采用意向性分析。结果治疗6疗程后,身体疼痛(BP)、活力(VT)、精神健康(MH)、总体健康(GH)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而躯体功能(PF)、躯体健康所致角色限制(RP)、精神健康所致角色限制(RE)、社会功能(SF)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的治疗安全性均高,没有明显副作用。结果分析后,打开脉冲磁疗仪机箱,明确1号机正常输出,2号机无输出。结论脉冲磁场能显著提高中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效,改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the combination pulsed magnetic fields with Chinese medicine whether it can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, who were consistent with the clinical diagnostic criteria, were randomly divided into A group and B group of all 40 cases. Two pulsed mag- netic field therapy equipment were exactly the same in appearance, No. 1 machine and 2 machine, one of the specially-treated was non-out- put, another output was normal. A group was treated by No. 1 machine with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, and B group was treated by No. 2 Machine with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema. The results used intention analysis. Results After 6 courses, there were difference in body pain （BP）, vitality （VT）, mental health （MH）, general health （GH） between two groups; but there were not difference in physical function （PF）, role limitations due to physical health （RP）, role limitations due to mental health （RE）, social function （SF） between two groups. There was no obvious side effect. The results showed that the No. 1 machine had a normal output, but the No. 2 ma- chine had no output when two pulsed magnetic field therapy equipments were opened after analyzing. Conclusion Combination pulsed magnetic fields with Chinese medicine can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
