摘 要:目的探讨实施健康教育对糖尿病(DM)患者的影响,以积累临床经验,指导临床工作。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,即健康教育组与对照组,健康教育组在常规治疗基础上对患者实施多元化的健康教育,对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理。结果健康教育组各方面知识掌握情况明显高于对照组,血糖控制明显好于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病健康教育使患者了解了疾病的相关知识、积极配合治疗、提高了患者的认知等能力,对稳定病情、康复及提高生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the effects of health education on patients with diabetics, thereby obtaining clinical experience and providing guides for clinical practice. Methods 120 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups, health education group re- ceived plural health education besides conventional therapy, while control group only received conventional therapy and nursing. Results Experimental group was significantly higher than control group in mastering of knowledge about diabetes, and significantly better in blood glucose control (P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education enables patients with diabetics to get access to knowledge about diabetes and to ac- tively cooperate with medical personnels in therapy, and improves cognition of patients, therefore it is important to stabilization of disease condition, recovery and life quality.
