摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的手术配合。方法对32例关节镜微创治疗胫骨平台骨折手术的术前准备、术中配合、术后器械的清洁保养进行总结。结果32例手术顺利完成,术后随访6个月,无一例感染及手术并发症出现。结论采用光节镜微创治疗胫骨平台骨折具有损伤小,操作安全,复位固定满意,并能处理关节内合并伤,术后功能恢复快等优点。严格执行无菌操作,准确熟练地配合手术是手术成功的关键。Objective To explore the intraoperative cooperation of minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment for tibial plateau frac- ture. Methods The clinical records of preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative cleaning and maintenance e- quipment were summarized on 32 patients who underwent surgery of tibial plateau fracture by minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment. Results 32 cases were successfully operated, patients were followed up for 6 months, and no case was found to have the infection and surgi- cal complications. Conclusion The surgery oftibial plateau fracture using the minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment has the advantage of small injury, safe operation, reduction and fixation are satisfactory and able to handle the merger of intra-articular injury, postoperative function has the advantages of quick recovery. The key to successful operation is strict implementation of aseptic operation, accurate and skillful cooperation.
