摘 要:目的建立四妙丸中盐酸小檗碱和苍术素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈0.1%H3PO4溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长340nm,柱温为20℃。结果被测峰与相邻峰可达到基线分离;盐酸小檗碱和苍术素的线性范围分别为6.25~125.00μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999)和8.00~160.00Mg·mL^-1(r=0.9997);平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.2%、98.7%,RSD分别为2.12%、1.97%。结论本方法准确、简便、重复性好,可作为四妙丸中盐酸小檗碱和苍术素的含量测定方法。Objective To develop an RP HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochlorideand atractylodin in Simiao pills. Methods The Waters Symmetry C18 column (150 mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% H3 PO4 solution at 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detective wavelength was 340 nm and the column temperature was 20℃. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride and atractylodin was 6.25-125.00 (r=0. 999 9) and 8.00--160.00μg·mL^-1 (r=0. 999 7), respectively. The average recoveries (n= 9) of the 2 components in Simiao pills was 99.2% and 98.7%, while RSD was 2. 12% and 1.97%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, precise and reliable for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and atractylodin in Simiao pills.
