住房保障对象的演变与困惑

摘　　要：随着住房保障体系经过三个阶段由以经济适用房为主演变为以廉租房为主,我国住房保障对象的目标定位从中低收入家庭演变为低收入家庭。在坚持双困标准的前提下,我国廉租住房和经济适用房的保障对象在不断调整和优化。但目前住房保障对象依然存在覆盖率低、构成不合理等困惑,需要理论研究不断深化,以指导实践有效推进。The resident housing gurantee policy has changed into the low-icome family from the middle and low income families in China. With the three-stage changes of the resident housing guarantee from the economic house into the cheap rent house. Under the double standards of the low-income family, the continueous co-ordination for the housing guarantee of the low-cost house and cheap-rent house is continueously adjusting and optimizing. However, at present the number of house gurantee residents is not enough and the structure is unreasonable. It is to conduct the study of the theoretic research further for the guidance to the housing guarantee work.
