摘　　要：分层次人才培养是符合我国因材施教原理的现代教学理论与实践,它对于满足创新人才成长的充分需求,培养创新人才的健康心理,营造产生创新思想的良好环境都具有重要的意义。The Hierarchical personnel training conformes to the modem teaching theory and practice of the individualized quality education in China. It is of great significance to meet the growing demand for innovative talents, cultivating the psychological health of the innovative talents and creating a favourable environment to generate innovative ideas.
