摘　　要：文章阐明了治理城市机动车排放的重要意义,从宏观的角度分析了影响城市机动车排放的主要因素,并针对机动车排放性能、燃油品质、城市的交通状况、机动车管理监督体系和新能源车辆的应用等方面提出了治理城市机动车排放措施。This paper presented the importance of controlling city vehicle＇s exhaust emission,and macroscopically analyzed the main reasons which could effect city vehicle＇s exhaust emission.Several suggestions of controlling city vehicle＇s exhaust emission were laid out especially focus on vehicle＇s performance of exhaust emission,fuel quality,city traffic condition,the supervise system of vehicle and application of new energy vehicle.
