摘 要:管理作为一种涉及组织整体的实践活动,包含着诸多深刻的辩证规律。在指向组织成员个体的维度上,管理是把作为部分的成员个体整合为组织整体,把有差别的个体力量凝聚为统一的组织力量,其中对不同的价值追求的整合与凝聚尤为重要。在管理的人际对象维度上,管理是管理他人与管理自己的统一,管理者只有做到既正确地管理他人,也做到正确地管理自己,才能有效地实现组织的健康发展。在对组织与环境关系的处理维度上,管理是根据不同情况采取适应环境、或借助环境、或改变环境、或同时采取上述三种方式的过程;组织与环境之间究竟是平衡状态还是非平衡状态的关系对组织的发展有益,取决于组织内外的具体条件。As a kind of practice involving the organizational totality, management embodies a lot of profound dialectical laws. In pointing to the dimension of individual members, management is to integrate the individual members into a kind of organization totality, and gather the individuals' different strengths into a unified organizational force. Among them, the integration - cohesion of different value pursuits is particularly important. On the dimension of interpersonal relation objective, management is a unity to manage other people and managers themselves. Only when managers manage both others and themselves correctly can they achieve effectively the organization's healthy development. On the dimension of handling the relationship between organization and environment, management is, according to different situations, a process of adapting, or drawing support from, or changing the environment, or a process of taking the above three ways simultaneously; that whether the state of equilibrium or that of non - equilibrium between organization and environment is useful, depends on the concrete conditions within and outside the organization.
