摘　　要：我国加入WTO后,期刊业遭遇全球化浪潮的冲击,这既为科技期刊的发展带来机遇,也带来挑战。作为我国科技期刊之一的高校学报应加快结构调整,走集团化道路,组建国际编委会,提高稿件质量,缩短论文出版时滞,坚持规范化办刊,加强与国际重要检索系统的联系,培养优秀的编辑人才,加快信息化建设,以此提升国际影响力。Periodical industry has encountered a striking of global wave since China joined the WTO. It has brought not only many good chances but also many challenges to the development of periodical industry. As one of Sci - Tech journals, university journal should quickly adjust its structure and take the group road, constitute an editorial committee, improve the quality of the academic papers, shorten the paper publication time, keep standardization of running journals, enhance the contact with internationally important retrieve system, train excellent editors and accelerate the speed of informationization construction, so as to improve international influence of university journal.
