99例强直性脊柱炎的临床回顾分析

摘　　要：目的分析强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的临床结果,发现临床诊治问题,提高治疗效果。方法对99例确诊的AS患者的临床表现、辅助检查及治疗方法进行回顾性研究。结果只发现2例AS患者并发虹膜炎,未见其他患者有与AS相关的关节外表现;非风湿专科的AS患者的内科治疗不规范。结论风湿科的医生在强化内科知识的同时,还应积极在其它有关科室进行AS等风湿病的宣教,以整体提高AS的疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical outcome of ankylosing spondylitis （AS）, find the problem in diagnosis and treatment, and enhance the therapeutic efficacy. Methods Ninety-nine AS patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results No extraskeletal manifestations were reported, except eye complication, iritis, in 2 cases. The medical treatment of the AS patients in non-rheumatism departments was not standard. Conclusion To raise the curative effect of AS, the doc tors in the department of rheumatology should not only increase the internal medicine knowledge, but also actively propagate the knowledge on rheumatism in the other related departments.
