摘  要:目的:寻找菝葜乙醇提取的最佳工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和白藜芦醇的含量为指标,采用正交设计法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)探讨菝葜乙醇的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:菝葜乙醇最佳提取工艺为采用6倍量的70%的乙醇,提取1次,提取时间为1h。结论:最佳提取工艺白藜芦醇含量高,经济、合理,便于在生产中应用。Objective:To find out the optimal ethanol extraction process for Rhizoma Smilacis Chinensis. Methods:The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of the extracted Resveratrol content determined by RP-HPLC as indexes. Results: The result showed that the optimal extraction process was 70%alcohol, 6 times the amount of herbs, refluxing for 1 times, each time 1 hours. Conclusion:Resveratrol content is high in the optimized process which is economical, reasonable and convenient for applying to production.
