摘　　要：复杂性胫腓骨骨折是指伴有血管、神经及软组织损伤的胫腓骨骨折、胫腓骨多段骨折及开放性骨,其临床发生率较高,病因较多,多为高能量损伤,可合并有多种并发症,临床治疗较为复杂。国内外骨科学者对复杂性胫腓骨骨折的临床报道较多,钢板内固定及交锁髓内钉为其常用疗法,目前微创治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折成为新兴的治疗方案。It calls the complicated fracture of tibia and fibula what include fracture of tibia and fibula with damage in blood vessel, nerve and parenchyma; muhiple level fracture of tibia and fibula;and open fracture.About this kind of fracture, the clinical prevalence rates is higher than other fracture.The main cause of the complicated fracture of tibia and fibula is high energy trauma in all multiple reason.There are a number of complications.The clinical treatment is manifold and intricate. There are many clinical reports about the complicated fracture of tibia and fibula by the scholar for osteology in all the world.It is usually used to treatment that inside fixation operation treatment by steel plate or interlocking intramedullary nailing.Now,it is a new treatment method what is called minimally invasive treatment.
