摘　　要：目的:避免或减少药物副作用的出现,提高抢救成功率,同时促进医护人员业务水平的提高,通过紧密配合,进一步改善医护患关系。方法:对检查者进行护理评估、诊断、计划、措施、效果评价。结果:造影后无重大不良反应发生,患者满意离院。结论:经临床实践,在CT增强检查中实施护理程序,具有临床推广应用的价值。Objective：To avoid or reduce the emergence of drug side effects, improve success rate of resuscitation, while promoting higher level of health care services, through close co-operation to further improve health care-patient relationship.Methods：The examiners for nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, measures and effect evaluation.Results：Mter injection with no major adverse events, patient satisfaction with discharge.Conclusion ：The clinical practice, in the CT-enhanced MRI in the implementation of the care process, with the popularization and application value.
