摘　　要：太极文化是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝,对构建和谐社会具有独特的价值:为和谐社会的构建提供强大的精神支持;作为全民健身的重要内容,是构建社会和谐的有效途径;具有较强的教育功能;倡导公正的理念,营造公平有序的社会氛围;创造社会财富,促进经济协调发展;促进社会文化繁荣;发挥安全阀作用,减少社会冲突。Taiji culture is a treasure in the whole Chinese traditional culture, and it has its own unique value for building China ＇ s harmonious society. It works as a powerful spiritual prop for building China＇ s harmonious society. As an important art of the National Exercise Program, it is an effective way to social harmony. It has a stronger educational function, advocates the idea of justice and creates a fair and orderly social environment. In addition, it can create social wealth, promote coordinated economic development and accelerate social and cultural prosperity. Finally, it plays the role of a social safety valve and thus reduces social conflicts.
