摘　　要：一代大儒王阳明,史家对其家族流源说法不一,疑义颇存。新近发现的《虞南达溪王氏宗谱》(淮泽堂梓,10集本)和嵊州《东林王氏宗谱》,为王阳明家族流源提供了新的说法:王阳明是王导后裔,其先祖从琅琊徙山阴,由山阴迁剡地平溪,平溪迁东林,东林迁上虞达溪,后迁余姚,且非太原王氏、三槐王氏支系。Historians have controversies over the source of the great scholar Wang Mingyang＇s family clan.The recently-discovered books entitled The Genealogy of the Wang Family in Daxi of Southern Shangyu City and The Genealogy of Wang Family in Donglin of Shenzhou City offer a new insight into the source of Wang＇s family.Wang Mingyang is a descent of Wang Dao,whose ancestors migrated from place to place,firstly from Langya to Shanyin,then to Pingxi,to Donglin,to Daxi of Shangyu City,and finally to Yuyao.The Wang family is not of the sub-clan of the Wang Clan in Taiyuan or in Sanhuai.
