又好又快建设凯里学院应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：凯里学院于2006年升本之后,如今开始步入了正规化发展的轨道。又好又快建设凯里学院,有几个问题值得注意:一是要避免高校衙门化的倾向;二是要用好"三支队伍";三是要处理好科研与教学的关系。Kaili University was upgraded to a degree -awarding institution in 2006, and now it is on the way of regularized development track. The paper suggests that sound and fast construction of Kaili University, several issues are worthy of considerating： one is to avoid the tendency of governmental management in college; Two is to use ＂ the three teams;＂ Three is to deal with the relationships between research and teaching.
