摘　　要：以河南大学物理与电子学院为例,在分析该院电子信息专业毕业设计(论文)中存在问题的基础上,为了达到人才培养目标的要求,从教师队伍建设、实践类课程建设、规范化管理、导师制、科研创新意识培养、论文时间前移、与实习实训和电子竞赛相结合、与就业和考研相结合等方面,对毕业论文教学环节实施进行了一系列有效的改革实践.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the majors in School of Physics and Electronics in Henan University the respect carried out in that school which is set on achieving writing of graduation thesis by electronics information , the paper introduces a series of reform and practice in the talent - training goal. The reform is concerned with the following aspects： the cultivation of teaching staff, the construction of practice courses, the standardized management ,the tutorial system, the cultivation of the awareness of scientific research and innovation, the shifting of writing graduation thesis to an earlier date, the combination with electronics contests and its practice and training, and the combination with employment and postgraduate examination.
