摘　　要：结合本科护理学专业应用型人才培养模式,立足专业培养目标,突出专业特色,遵循"三结合"和"五适应"的原则,教学内容以实践为中心,以适用、够用为原则,对传统护理学专业以学科为中心的基础医学课程进行优化和重组,构建为以器官系统为中心、以"结构—功能—人体与环境"为主线的人体形态学、人体机能学、病原生物学与免疫学的基础医学课程体系.Combined with the training mode of application - oriented nursing personnel, the paper is grounded upon the major training objective and stresses the professional features of the nursing program. Following the ＂3 - pronged Principle＂ and ＂5 Adaptations＂, the paper emphasizes that teaching applicability and sufficiency. In addition, traditional ＂discipline - should be centered on practice and oriented towards centered＂ preclinical medicine course should be optimized and recombined with a view to setting up the basic medicine curriculum which consists of such preclinical medicine courses as human body morphology, human body function and pathog on the organ system and in the mode of ＂structure, function, human body and en biology ＆ immunology course centered environment.
