摘  要:目的观察经桡动脉冠状动脉造影(CAG)对患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平的影响。方法分别应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法,测定了121例经桡动脉CAG冠心病患者术前、术后血清中MDA水平及T-SOD活力。同期选择30例明确诊断为不稳定型心绞痛患者,检测其治疗前后血清中MDA、T-SOD水平作为对照。结果CAG术后较术前血清中MDA水平、T-SOD活力升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。介入治疗患者治疗前后MDA、T-SOD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经桡动脉CAG可能造成轻度的内皮损伤,并激活了机体内源性保护机制。Objective To observe the impact of transradial approach(TRA)on serum MDA and T-SOD levels in patients.Methods Xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method were used respectively to determine MDA level and T-SOD activity of 121 cases of coronary heart disease before and after TRA.Meanwhile,30 cases with definite diagnosis of unstable angina pectoris were selected as control group and MDA and T-SOD levels of them were detected in serum before and after treatment.Results After TRA,MDA level and T-SOD activity increased in serum as composed with those before surgery(P0.05,P0.01).The comparison of MDA and T-SOD levels before and after intervention did not present significant statistical differences(P0.05).Conclusion TRA may cause mild endothelial injury and activate endogenous protective mechanism in organism.
