中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭80例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及患者心功能的改善。方法80例慢性心衰患者随机分为两组,对照组40例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组40例在西医常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血中药方治疗,30 d为1个疗程。结果对照组总有效率为72.5%,治疗组总有效率为85.0%,两组治疗后疗效比较,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后LVEF、FS、SV、CO与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后LVEF、FS、SV、CO与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗CHF有确切疗效,能够改善患者症状及心功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic heart failure（CHF）and the improvement in cardiac function treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine.Methods 80 cases of CHF were randomly divided into two groups.Of them,40 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine and 40 cases in treatment group were treated with yiqi huoxue formula（the herbal formula for benefiting qi and activating blood circulation）on the basis of conventional western medicine as control group.30 days of treatment made 1 course of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 72.5% in control group and was 85.0% in treatment group after treatment,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison.The significant statistical differences presented in LVEF,FS,SV and CO in comparison before and after treatment in two groups.The significant statistical differences presented also in LVEF,FS,SV and CO in comparison between treatment group and control group after treatment.Conclusion The integrative Chinese and western medicine achieves definite efficacy on CHF.It can relieve the symptoms and improve cardiac function and life quality of patients.
