五子固肾胶囊合肾元胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察五子固肾胶囊合肾元胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为对照组28例和治疗组30例,对照组采用基础治疗,如糖尿病优质低蛋白饮食、控制血糖、降血压、调血脂、抗凝等治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用五子固肾胶囊合肾元胶囊治疗。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为57.1%,治疗组治疗后总有效率为83.3%,两组病例治疗后总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五子固肾胶囊合肾元胶囊可明显减少蛋白尿,对糖尿病肾病有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wuzi gushen capsule combined with shenyuan capsule on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 58 cases were randomized into control group（28 cases）and treatment group（30 cases）.Basic therapy was adopted in control group,such as high-quality low-protein diet,controlling blood glucose,reducing blood pressure,regulating blood lipid and anticoagulation.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,wuzi gushen capsule combined with shenyuan capsule were supplemented.Results The total effective rate was 57.1% in control group and was 83.3% in treatment group after treatment,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.05）.Conclusion Wuzi gushen capsule combined with shenyuan capsule reduce apparently protein urine and have relatively good clinical efficacy on diabetic nephropathy.
