摘　　要：立足农网特点和发展需求,对农村电网智能化建设技术框架进行了研究;阐述了农网营销、配电网、调度管理模式优化的思路,解决农村电网智能化建设中基础性关键技术问题;提出新型农村电网智能化建设的工作思路,提供全新的智能化建设模式;为在国家电网公司范围内推广应用农村电网智能化起到很好的借鉴作用。In the light of the character development demand of rural network,the paper studies intelligent construction technology frame of rural network.The paper demonstrates the thought to optimize the management of rural network marketing,distribution network and dispatching management mode,solves the key problems in intelligent network construction,put forward the work thought of new intelligent rural network construction,supply new intelligent construction mode.It can be used as reference for the extension of intelligent rural network in the scope of State Grid Corporation.
