Electroantennogram and Behavioral Responses of Litchi Fruit Borer (Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley) to Plant Volatile Oils

摘  要:为探寻荔枝蒂蛀虫的化学生态调控措施,试验测定了荔枝蒂蛀虫交配前后的雌、雄虫对4种植物挥发油的触角电位和嗅觉行为反应。结果表明:荔枝蒂蛀虫的触角电生理活性和嗅觉行为反应随该虫的交配前后的不同和植物挥发油种类的不同而差异显著。荔枝蒂蛀虫对植物挥发油的触角电位反应大小顺序是:柠檬油>薄荷油>飞机草挥发油>松节油。对荔枝蒂蛀虫驱避反应大小依次为薄荷油>飞机草挥发油>柠檬油>松节油。In order to explore the regulation and control measures of chemical ecology of litchi fruit borer (Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley),electroantennogram (EAG) and behavioral responses of mated and unmated C. sinensis of female and male were investigated for 4 plant volatile oils. The results showed that EAG activity and behavioral responses of C. sinensis had significant differences between mated to un-mated C. sinensis and diverse plant volatile oils. The sequence of EAG value of C. sinensis to different plant volatile oil was:lemon oil〉mint oil〉volatile oil from Chrornolaena odorata 〉turpentine. The order of repellent effects was mint oil〉volatile oil from Chromolaena odorata〉lemon oil〉turpentine.
