摘  要:对中药复方"促孕散"中生物碱的最佳提取方法及其促孕活性进行研究,采用超声提取技术,以盐酸水苏碱的含量为评价指标,通过正交试验确定"促孕散"中生物碱的最佳提取方法,测定"促孕散"中生物碱提取物对21日龄雌性小鼠子宫增重、卵巢卵泡发育的影响。结果表明:以60%乙醇为溶剂、料液比1∶10、超声提取3次、每次20min为最佳提取方法,生物碱提取物对小鼠子宫增重、卵巢卵泡发育的影响极显著高于空白组(P<0.01),"促孕散"生物碱提取物具有较强的促孕活性。To study the best extraction technology and fertility-promoting activity of alkaloid in traditional Chinese drug complex fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion powder. This study definited the best extraction technology of alkaloid by orthogonal experiment, using supersound extractive technique and testing it by the content of hydrochloric acid stachydrine. It also determined the effects of measuring each 21-days female rat's weight of the hystera and developing the folliculus ovarii. The best extraction technology is 60% ethanol as the solvent,dosage liquor proportion is 1 : 10,hypersound abstraction for 3 times and 20min for every time. The effects of the alkaloid extractive for increasing mouse hystera weight and developing the folliculus ovarii is significantly higher than the blank group(P〈0.01). Alkaloid extrac have much stronger fertility-promoting activity.
