摘　　要：目的对远程心理咨询与传统的面对面咨询的差异进行评估。方法取SCL-90中10项条目进行评分,对50名受试者同时进行面对面和远程咨询方式评分同时进行满意度调查。结果两种结果的评分无明显差异,无论是受试者还是医生都有较高的满意度。结论远程心理咨询可以达到与传统的面对面咨询一样的效果。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of telemedicine psychological counseling and face to face counseling. Methods A total of 50 subjects were assessed with 10 items of SCL -90 ,by telemedicine or face to face sounseling,and the degree of satisfaction was also evalueted simulataneously. Results There was no significant difference of score between the telemedicine and face to face counseling. A good satisfaction was showed in the doctors and subjects. Conclusion Telemedicine psychological counseling has the same effect as face to face counseling.
