靖边气田天然气管线腐蚀检测与趋势分析

摘　　要：目前靖边气田已开发10余年,建成并投运的天然气集气干线有10条,支线83条。由于气井产出天然气中含有一定的酸气并且伴随有高矿化度地层水和机械杂质,对天然气管线产生了不同程度的腐蚀。通过对靖边气田10条天然气支、干线开展的不停输全面腐蚀检测、对具有代表性的15条采气管线、3条集气支线和2条集气干线开展的截取管样腐蚀检测及利用ANSYS评定系统对含缺陷管道开展的安全评价及腐蚀趋势分析等工作,掌握了靖边气田天然气管线的腐蚀现状及腐蚀趋势,为靖边气田的安全运行提供了指导性的意见和建议。At present, more than 10 years development section of gas field has been completed, and the gas main substation gas-collecting 10 and 83 road. Because of natural gas output containing a certain acid gas and with a high salinity formation water and mechanical impurities, to produce the different degree of gas pipeline corrosion. In this article, to master the section of gas pipeline corrosion of gas and the gas trends for the section of corrosion and to provided the safe operation of the comments and Suggestions, some typical gas pipelines corrosion situation have been detected on. And the pipeline containing defects in safety evaluation and corrosion trend analysis have been researched by using ANSYS system.
