摘 要:油气输送管道由于服役时间长老化或管道内外环境导致的腐蚀,以及人为盗损和意外损坏等原因,致使泄漏事故发生概率不断增大。为了及时发现泄漏事故和打击猖獗的盗油犯罪,管道泄漏的实时监测技术成为维护管道正常生产的迫切技术。介绍了基于瞬态负压波技术的管道泄漏检测及定位实时监控系统测量原理、关键技术,并对其在新疆塔里木油田东轮输油管道上的应用做了灵敏度和定位精度测试,证明该种检测技术能够对管线泄漏引起的压力波及时准确地进行检测报警,系统的灵敏度和反应报警时间均达到技术指标要求。The probability of oil and gas pipage leaking is becoming increasing continuously due to the aging for long time in use or the corrosion caused by inter and outer enviroment factors and the artificial or accidental damagies.The Real-time leaking surveillant and detecting technology of the pipeline has becomed an impending technology for ordinary production in order to detect in good time and beat the rampant oil-stealing activities.This article introduced the theory and key technologies of Real-time pipage leaking detecting and orientation system, analized the testing rusult of accurancy and precision applying the system on Dong-Lun oil pipeline inTarim oilfield, proved that this technology could detect and give an alarm to the negative pressure wave resulted from pipage leaking , and the accuracy and response time could meet the technical index.
