摘　　要：当前医院业务系统的应用集成问题已成为当前医院信息化乃至区域医疗信息化的关键。针时现有的医院应用系统的信息化状况，提出并设计了基于面向服务体系架构（Service—Oriented Architectures，SOA）的医院应用集成平台的解决方案。该集成平台通过基于HL7（Health Level Seven）协议提取封装医院内部的基础数据集，整合医院内部和跨行业外部的业务服务，最终建立医院的企业服务总（Enterprise Service Bus，ESB）实现一个完整的医院集成平台架构。The current hospital system integration business has become one of the key problems in hospital information and the district of critical medical information. Application of existing hospital information system of the situation, proposed and designed a service-oriented architecture based on the hospital application integration platform solutions. The integrated platform through an agreement based on the HL7 package extract the basis of hospital data sets, and cross-sectoral integration of hospital services outside of the business, and ultimately the establishment of the Enterprise Service Bus hospitals to achieve a complete integration platform architecture hospital.
