摘　　要：目的 探讨B超引导下的经皮肾输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的护理体会。方法总结钬激光治疗68例输尿管结石患者的临床资料，分析患者在治疗过程中所采用的护理措施。结果68例患者均碎石成功。结论针对患者特点，术前加强心理护理．术后严密观察各引流管情况和并发症的发生，是手术成功的重要环节。Objective To study the nursing experience of percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy with the holmium： YAG laser treating ureterolith in B-mode ultrasonics. Method To analyze the clinical data and nursing measurement of 118 cases of ureterolith treated by lithotripsy with the holmium： YAG laser. Result The lithotripsy of all patient are successful. Conclusion The key points of successful ureterolith lithotripsy were preoperative psychonurse and to observe carefully every drainage tube and complication after operation.
