超声在腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术内置引流管中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究超声在腹腔镜胆总管切开取石后内置引流管术中的应用价值，并为临床提供指导。方法对35例经手术证实的胆总管结石患者的术前超声诊断及术后内置引流管观察资料进行了回顾性分析，并对其结果进行研究。结果超声在术前对胆总管结石诊断率较高，为74．1％，术后能极易辩认内置引流管位置及有无脱落，以及胆总管管腔内有无残留结石。结论由于超声无创，简便，快捷，可重复，对胆总管结石栓出率高。术后极易辩认内置引流管而成为术前诊断及术后内置引流管观察的首选。Objective To evaluate the clinical practice on endobiliary tube drainage by laparoseopic common bile duct exploration with ultrasound and support the clinical works.Methods We pracdised 35 patients with common bile duct stones proved by operation. Pre-operation diagnosis by ultrasound and materials of post-operation endobiliary tube drainage were analyzed retrospectively.Results The diagnosis rate by using ultrasound of choledocholithiasis reaches up to 74.1%, after laparoscopie common bile duct exploration with endobiliary tube drainage we can see the position of drainages clearly, and whether it falls and the residual stones in common bile duct. Conclusion For the safety, the convenience, the feasibility and it can be repeated times, the effective and high diagnosis rate as well as the convenience for observation of drainages. Ultrasound soon will be an optimal and effective way for pre-operation diagnosis and observation of endobiliary tube drainage after laparoscopie common bile duct exploration with endobiliary tube drainage.
