介入治疗糖尿病性下肢缺血患者的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病性下肢缺血介入治疗(经皮血管内球囊扩张成形术)临床护理特点。方法:将11例2型糖尿病性下肢缺血患者作为观察对象。术前做好心理护理,取得患者配合;术后重点做好患肢、患足的观察与护理,同时注意饮食指导、血糖监测,警惕并发症的发生。结果:11例患者介入治疗后均获得良好的临床治疗效果:痊愈3例(27.2%),显效7例(63.6%),有效1例(9.11%),总有效率达100%,经精心护理,无严重并发症发生。结论:糖尿病下肢缺血血管内介入治疗创伤小,安全有效,临床症状改善明显。通过对患者术前准备及护理、术中配合、术后护理及观察,是提高手术成功率,预防手术后并发症的关键。Objective：To discuss the nursing characteristics of diabetic patients combining with ischemia in lower extremities underwent intervention therapy.Methods：11 diabetic patients with ischemia in lower extremities were treated with percutaneous intravascular sacculus proprius dilatation in addition to controling the blood sugar and infection,cleaning sores and changeing dressings.Results：The therapeutic effects of intervention therapy were significant.Conclusion：Intervention therapy to diabetic patients with ischemia in lower extremities has small trauma,security,utility,and repeatability,which improve the clinical symptoms obviously.Measures including the preoperative preparation and nursing,combination with operation,postoperative care,and observation,can shorten the hospitalized days,improve operations＇ achievement ratio and patients＇ quality of life, and reduce patients＇ mutilation.
