摘  要:合成了一种新型噁唑烷鞣剂(SCU),并研究了其与黑荆树、杨梅和落叶松栲胶的结合鞣法。结果表明:采用噁唑烷SCU与黑荆树、杨梅栲胶结合鞣,成革收缩温度较高。较佳的鞣制条件为:先用栲胶鞣制,再在60℃、pH值5~6的条件下用噁唑烷SCU鞣制4h。当栲胶用量为碱皮质量10%,噁唑烷SCU用量为0.5%时,成革收缩温度高于90℃;栲胶用量为10%,噁唑烷SCU用量为2.5%时,成革收缩温度高于110℃;而当栲胶用量为15%~20%,噁唑烷SCU用量为6%时,成革收缩温度可以达到120℃。作为一种生产成本较低的噁唑烷鞣剂,噁唑烷SCU表现出比其它商品噁唑烷鞣剂更优的结合鞣性能。A novel oxazolidine tanning agent (SCU) was synthesized and its combination tanning behaviors with mimosa, bayberry and larch tannins were investigated. It was found that the combination tannings of SCU with mimosa and bayberry tannins has high shrinkage temperature of leathers. The optimal tanning conditions are as follows: the depickled pelt is tanned by vegetable tannin at first, and then retanned by SCU for 4 hours at 60℃ in the pH range of 5 - 6. The shrinkage temperature (Ts) of leather is higher than 90℃ when 10% vegetable tannin extract and 0.5% SCU are used in the combination tanning. The Ts is higher than 110℃ in the combination tanning by using 10% vegetable tannin extract and 2.5% SCU. When the offer of tannin extract is 15% 20% and that of SCU is 6%, the leather with Ts around 120℃ is obtained. In general, compared with the other commercial oxazolidine tanning agents, SCU has lower production cost and presents more effective functions in combination tanning with vegetable tannins.
