摘 要:采用超声波萃取、液相色谱(HPLC)法测定皮革中防霉剂TCMTB的含量。超声波辅助乙腈萃取2次,60min内实现萃取完全;HPLC检测波长为233nm;流动相中乙腈与水比例为70:30(体积比),流速1.0mL/min;浓度在4~35μg/mL范围内时,工作曲线相关系数R2=0.995;定量检出限为5mg/kg,回收率在87%~97%之间,相对标准偏差在4%~10%之间。本方法适合于皮革中防霉剂TCMTB含量的测定。Determination of fungicide - TCMTB content in leather was developed by ultrasound enhanced extraction and HPLC analysis. TCMTB in leather could be completely extracted with ultrasound enhanced acetonitrile extraction for two times in 60min. Quantitative tests were carried out by HPLC with UV detection at 233nm and acetonitrile/water (70:30, v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. Standard analysis curve presented a significant linear correlation with coefficient 0. 995 in the concen- tration range of 4 -35 μg/mL. Quantitative test limit is 5mg/kg and recoveries are in the range of 87% -97% with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 4%- 10%. Real sample tests presented that the procedure is suitable for the test of TCMTB in leather.
