摘  要:目的冠脉支架植入后,在血管周期脉动载荷作用下,要求至少经过相当于10年约4亿次的循环后保持完整,维持其预期功能,需要评价其疲劳性能。方法使用有限元方法分析了支架在使用过程中的应力分布,根据Goodman准则评价了支架的疲劳寿命,同时采用加速疲劳对支架进行疲劳试验。结果分析发现最危险点始终位于支架弯折位置侧内表面区域。结论结果表明有限元分析可以很好的模拟支架的疲劳特性,为支架的设计提供理论指导。Objective After the implantation,coronary stent is expected at least to keep its integrity and maintain the predicated function for over 10 years or 4e8 cycles under the pulsatile loading conditions,so the fatigue property of the stent should be evaluated.Method The finite method was used to analyze the stress distribution of different phases and evaluate the fatigue life according to Goodman criteria,meanwhile,the accelerated fatigue experiment was also performed.Results It can be concluded that the dangerous points are all but located in the lateral inner surface of stent curvature.Conclusions The results prove that the fatigue property can be simulated through the finite element analysis,which can provide the theoretical guidance for the stent design.
