摘　　要：介绍了云南省调EMS中的安全有功实时调度系统,该系统将自动发电控制与安全约束调度结合在一起构成闭环控制,实现电网稳定断面越限的预防和校正控制。实际工程应用表明,该方法是有效的、可行的。The security active power real-time dispatching system of the EMS in Yunnan Power Grid is introduced. The system integrates the automatic generation control and the security constrained dispatch into a closed-loop control system to implement the preventive and corrective control of tie line overload. Actual application of the system shows that this method is effective and feasible.
