改良式筋膜内子宫切除术临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良式筋膜内全子宫切除术临床效果。方法:选择2006-01/2008-01在兖州市人民医院妇科住院的因子宫良性疾病需要切除子宫的患者200例,采用改良式筋膜内子宫切除术120例(研究组),传统子宫切除术80例(对照组)。对两组患者手术时间、出血量、术前术后阴道长度,术后性生活满意度进行比较。结果:两组时间、出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后两组阴道长度及性生活满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良式筋膜内子宫切除术用于临床方便、可行、效果好。Objective：Discuss the clinical effect of new intrafascial hysterectomy.Methods：120 women who received new intrafascial Hysterectomy due to benign gynecological disease were selected as the study group.80 patients who received traditional hysterectomy were selected as the control group.Operative time,bleeding volume,vaginal length and sexy satisfied rate were performed on all women.Results：The Operative time,bleeding volume had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,vaginal length and sexy satisfied rate had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：This operation is safe and applicable.
