摘  要:制药厂的维生素C残渣是一种芳香稠环的带有端羟基的有机化合物,具有一定的减水性能,针对目前聚羧酸类减水剂成本较高的问题,通过将维生素C残渣与聚羧酸类减水剂进行复配,制成一种低成本的复配型减水剂。以维生素C残渣取代15%~30%的聚羧酸类减水剂,对复配减水剂进行了水泥净浆流动度以及砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度等测试,符合相关标准要求。The residue of Vitamin C is a kind of organic compound of aromatic fused ring with terminal hydroxyl group, which has a certain performance of water-reducing. Aiming at the problem of high production cost for current polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a new compound superplasticizer with low cost is prepared by the combination of the residue of Vitamin C and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Some properties of the new superplasticizer, such as fluidity of cement paste,compressive strength, and flexural strength were tested and met the requirement of related standard. The complex solution can replace the weight of polycarboxylate superplasticizer between 15%-30%.
