摘　　要：针对按订单生产企业中产品种类繁多带来的业务流程多变的问题,从产品的角度出发设计了一套适合多产品环境下工作流系统。采用GBOM技术建立产品信息模型,在此基础上提出了业务流程的规则表达,并建立了业务流程知识库。通过业务流程推理机的匹配算法,建立起产品与业务流程之间的对应关系,完成业务流程的自动建立。本系统被用于某车辆配件制造厂的产品数据管理系统中,应用实践表明该系统极大的提高了工作效率。To solve the problem of changeful business process due to multi-product in Make-to-Order environment,a workflow system is designed to adapt multi-product.This workflow system uses GBOM to build model of product information,based an which the rule of business process is expressed and knowledge base of business process is built.Through matching the algorithm of business process inference engine,the eorresponding relationship between products and business process is set up,and the automatic establishmant of business process is conuplated.This system has been used in a product data managerment system of one manufactory of vehicle parts and highly increased of work efficiency.
