摘　　要：阐述了基于WEB开发技术的城市住房用地分割登记管理信息系统的设计与实现。系统采用MVC模式,运用Struts和Hibernate来处理页面逻辑和对象的持久化工作。主要功能包括分割登记申请管理、分割登记受理管理、土地登记分割管理、土地登记审批管理、土地登记卡管理、土地证打印管理、收费管理等。其特点是:实用性强、易于维护、操作简便、效率高。This paper introduces the design and implementation of urban housing land division and registration management system based on Web development technology.The system adopts MVC pattern and uses Struts and Hibernate to deal with the page logic and the object persistence.The main function of the system includes the managements of division registration application,division registration acceptance,land registration and division,land registration approval,land registration card,land certificate printing and fee-collection,etc.The system has characteristics of high practicability,easy to the maintenance,simple to operate and high efficiency.
