摘　　要：鉴于图片资源对手机的有限容量与内存影响最为显著,提出基于文件格式的第一级、第二级、第三级以及集成预压缩等图片压缩方法,并在Java平台上实现了PNG分级压缩工具,具有压缩PNG文件,节省容量与内存的功能。Whereas picture resources impact the limited capacity and memory of mobile phone the most,in this paper we presented a pictures compression technique based on file formats,which includes four pre-compression parts：the first level,the second level,the third level and the integrated one.Furthermore,PNG hierarchical compression tool has been implemented on Java platform,the technique has the functions of compressing PNG file and save the capacity and memory of the mobile phone.
