摘  要:针对320×256长波红外焦平面探测器工作原理和输出信号特点,从低噪声角度出发,设计了长波红外探测器采集系统,着重解决了如何在满足驱动能力条件下降低噪声问题。对提供精密偏置电压和输出信号处理过程给出了详细的设计思路和实现方法。实验结果表明,系统获得了较好的噪声特性,在300 K和310K黑体照射下、探测器积分80μs且远未饱和情况下,平均噪声等效温差为80 mK。According to the working principle and characteristics of 320×256 long wavelength infrared detector, the paper gives a description of signal processing design procedure on the principle of low noise. It focuses on the problem how to reduce noise under the circumstance of guarantee ability of drive load. A detailed design idea is provided on how to offer precise DC offset voltage and the output signal processing. The experiment result demonstrates that system works well and has a comparably good noise characteristic. The average NETD of the system is 80 mK under the radiation of 310 K dark body with 80μs integration time of detector which is far unsaturated.
