渣油管道爆管的原因分析及处理

摘　　要：对渣油管道爆管原因进行了分析，并依据宏观检查及无损探伤结果，对在用渣油管道提出了处理修复方案，实施后效果良好，同时对管道施工及管理、使用提出了建设性意见。Causes of residual oil pipeline fracture are analyzed and according to the result of visual check and non-destructive test, a remedy plan is proposed to the residual oil pipeline in service, getting good result. Constructive suggestions are also given to the construction, management and use of the pipelines.
