摘  要:制备了稳定性好的基于-SO3HBrnsted酸型离子液体,考察其催化废弃玉米油酯交换反应制备生物柴油的催化性能.考察离子液体催化剂的用量、醇/油摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯交换反应的影响.实验结果表明,吡啶丁基磺酸硫酸氢盐离子液体的催化活性较好,在反应温度170℃,n(甲醇)∶n(玉米油)∶n(离子液体)=12∶1∶0.057,反应5 h,生物柴油的收率可达37.5%.During the last decade emphasis has been placed on the development of biofuels derived from renewable resources. The projected long-term limitations on the exploitation of fossil feedstock, the recent increases in crude oil prices and environmental concerns regarding the local air pollution and the global warming problems caused by CO2 have played a role in this respect. Biodiesel has a regative CO2 balance, lower CO, hydrocarbons, and particulates emissions and a higher cetane number compared with petrodiesel. This work investigates the possibility of using Bronsted ionic liquid as catalysts from the transesterification of waste corn oil with methanol. The results indicate that ionic liquid 1-(4-sulfonic acid) butylpyridinium hydrosulfate shows the best catalytic activity to transesterification. Effects of the usage amount of ionic liquid, the molar ratio of methanol to corn oil and reaction temperature on the transesterification rate were investigated. Under optimal transesterification conditions : n (methanol) : n ( corn oil) : n ( ionic liquids) = 12:1:0. 057, 170 ℃ ,5 h, mass fraction of fatty acid methyl ester could reach 37.5%.
