摘  要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)及后处理在主动脉瘤诊断中的价值。方法:对30例经DSA或手术证实主动脉瘤患者的16层螺旋CT平扫和血管造影原始资料进行回顾性分析。将原始数据传输至ADW4.2工作站行后处理,包括遮盖容积重建(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(SSD)和仿真内镜(CTVE)等各种后处理技术重建。结果:升主动脉瘤2例,降主动脉瘤7例,腹主动脉瘤9例以及升主动脉、降主动脉和腹主动脉假性动脉瘤各4例。结论:16层螺旋CT横断面及三维图像能够快速、准确、无创、全面地显示动脉瘤病变的病理解剖改变,为临床提供精细的影像学信息,对于选择治疗方案、观察术后疗效及随访具有重要应用价值。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 16-slice Spiral CT angiography(CTA) with post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of aortic aneurysms, Methods A total of 30 patients with aortic aneurysms confirmed by surgery or DSA were recruited. Patients' images of 16-slice Spiral CT scanning & CTA were retrospectively analyzed. All original images data were dealt with adw4.2 workstation. Reconstruction was performed in several ways, that is, by shaded volume reconstruction(SVR), multi-planar reconstructions (MPR), maximum intensity reformation (MIP), and curved planar reformation (CPR), and CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE). Results There were 2 cases of ascending aortic aneurysm, 7 cases of descending aortic aneurysm, 9 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm and 12 cases of artery pseudo aneurysm including 4 ones of ascending artery pseudo aneurysm, 4 ones of descending artery pseudo anenrysm and 4 ones of abdominal artery pseudo aneurysm. Conclusion 16-slice Spiral CT can show anatomy change of aortic aneurysms exactly, rapidly and non-invasively, and thus is important for treatment scheme establishment, post-operation observation and follow up.,[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010, 31(4) : 70-71 ]
