摘　　要：针对CT/MR所产生的医学影像,通过应用全网服务器向瘦客户端用户提供以三维重建为核心的医学影像后处理技术,解决了海量数据的网络传递等关键技术问题,为临床诊疗工作提供了很大的帮助。其广泛应用于临床内科、外科、手术室与会诊中心等,使CT/MR更高效地为诊疗服务,提高了医疗技术水平。Medical image post-processing technology, centered in three-dimensional reconstruction, is used for massive CT/MR images data transmission to the thin client through network-wide server, which can be applied in departments of internal medicine, surgery and operating room. This technology enable CT/MR to more effectively serve diagnosis and treatment and the medical treatment level is enhanced.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2010,31 （4） ：97-98]
