发展重化工业有悖于省情——关于浙江省经济转型升级的思考

摘　　要：面对浙江省经济转型升级中的一些问题,诸多专家学者对发展重化工业的观点持有不同的看法。通过对霍夫曼定理的分析可以得出:一个国家可以实施重化工业化战略,但是每一个地区和省份不能都发展重化工业,浙江省有自己的经济结构特点。为此,提出了不发展重化工业的理由及必须走发展新型工业化道路的思路,并对浙江省经济转型升级和持续发展提出建议。We present some different viewpoints on developing heavy and chemical industries in Zhejiang under current economic transformation and upgrading. Analysis to Hoffman theorem shows a country can implement such strategy of developing heavy and chemical industries, while it is not suitable for individual region or province to adopt the above strategy. Considering is unique economic structure, we analyzed the reasons not to develop heavy and chemical industries in Zhejiang province, suggested the new-type industrialization development. Furthermore, some policy suggestions was put forward on Zhejiang＇s economic transformation and upgrading.
