摘  要:该文阐述了600MW超临界压力锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁传热和壁温计算的研究结果。相应编制了螺旋管圈水冷壁的壁温计算程序,利用程序进行了不同负荷下水冷壁出口工质温度、水冷壁受热面不同位置处的金属壁温、内壁放热系数、流体温度及焓值分布等的计算。Abstract The paper presents calculation and research results of heat transfer and wall temperatures of coiled tubes in the cooling walls of a 600MW supercritical pressure boiler. A relevant program for calculating wall temperature of coiled tubes in cooling walls has been developed as wall, which was used to calculate the medium's temperature at the cooling wall's exit, the wall temperature at different locations of the water walls heating surface, the heat transfer coefficient of the inner wall, as well as the enthalpy and temperature distribution of the fluid.
